Creating Beautiful Spaces
BEFORE STAGING AND AFTER STAGING
Wet Bar Area - Too much clutter makes area feel small.
Clearing the bar area, removing a couple of chairs, and decluttering the wall space, opens up the area.
A vacant room is not very inviting, makes the room seem smaller, and is hard for the buyer to visualize their furniture in the space.
With the fireplace being the focal point, adding furniture, and a few accent pieces, makes this room feel larger, warm and inviting.
The buyer's eyes will go to all the "stuff" and not the actual space.
By clearing the tops of the cabinets to small groups of 3, and reducing the amount of clutter on the counter, the buyers eyes will go to the beautiful cabinetry and countertops.
It's difficult, if not impossible, to see the front of the house with all the overgrown trees and shrubs. The buyers won't buy what they can't see
WOW, who would have guessed there was this beautiful home behind all that over growth. And look at the fountain that was hidden - Curb appeal is very important when selling a house.
This outside eating area appears neglected and uninviting.
By pressure washing or replacing the fence, adding an architectural element, screening the bar area. adding a trellis , and settng out some colorful dinnerware, this now is a great place to relax and entertain.
