Let Me Tell You How I Work


The first thing I do, after our initial conversation, is come and meet with you so I can familiarize myself with your property.  I will then ask that you take me on a tour of  your home, room-by-room, as well as the grounds outside.  I will take detailed notes and, with your permission, take digital photos of your home, as well.  After you've shown me around, I will take a little time to go back through the property so I can formulate a plan for each room,  and write it down in detail.  Once I am through, we will  sit down together and go over my written notes.   I will answer any questions you may have and  provide you, as well as your Realtor®,  a typed, detailed report.

Staging Bid

After we go over the consultation report,  and you decide to use our hands-on-staging, I will then prepare my Staging Bid for you.  I will go over the bid with you  in case we need to make any last minute changes, and  we will discuss the creative ideas I have to Stage® your home. Once my team completes the Staging, you'll be ready to get your home on the market and SOLD for top dollar!!   The actual Staging only takes a. few hours, and can be completed in a day.

Staged homes sell faster and/or for more money, and the investment in Staging is far less that the first price reduction.   Mainly a little time and energy on your part to create space for buyers to mentally move their own things in.  The way you live in your home, and the way we market and sell your house are two different things!. When you sell you're going to have to move, and when you move, you're going to have to pack, so we're just going to pack up a few things early!  I'll show you room-by-room, what to do, what to move and what to pack . . . plus, I have a DVD that I'll loan you, created by Barb Schwarz, the Creator of StagedHomes®, that will show you all the ins and outs of Staging.  It's fun, it's easy, and Staging simply WORKS!
